TARA GREEN HYDROPONIC FARM & CAFE
Tara Green Hydroponic Farm & Café is the first Hydroponic Garden in Uluwatu with a building concept of merging between Balinese and Tibetan architectural styles, built in 2018 and completed in August 2019. On 11 October 2019 Tara Green Hydroponic Farm & Café was officially opened for general.
We have a 16x6m2 greenhouse that is able to produce around 1600 plants. In addition to the hydroponic garden, we also have a café with vegetarian & vegan menus, a variety of healthy juices and coffee and other beverages. We use fresh, organic and high quality ingredients from our garden.
Because our restaurant provides food with high quality organic vegetables, fresh picked directly from our organic farm. The comfortable and calming atmosphere at TaraGreen is the uniqueness of TaraGreen coupled with our beautiful hydroponic farm!
In addition, we also provide benefits for the environment and the community. With the concept of ecotourism, we empower local workforce and all activities that we do are environmentally friendly.

Mixed lettuce, granola, cherry tomato, shallot, bell pepper, vegan bacon, croutons, kidney beans, lime, pinapple dressing.
